The Men@Work Camp this year will be held at Shekinah on the border of Mabula game reserve near Bela Bela. The weekend is open to all men above the age of 18 Years There will be worship, activities, and lots of relaxation time to reflect on spiritual development. Come and join us in these beautiful settings and bring a friend along if you wish. Dates will be 18th,19th and 20th October 2024
Costs per person will be R 1250 for the weekend and this includes, accommodation , Friday night arrival dinner, 7 PM Saturday breakfast lunch and Braai, Sunday morning Breakfast. ***Things that you will need to bring with you. Any Medicine you might need for allergies and conditions. Sheets, blankets and pillows or sleeping bags, a cooler box with your own drinks, Spirits allowed. money if you want a game drive, Your hat, sunblock, note pad and pen, and your bible. Please let us know how many people will be in your group so we can arrange the correct amount of beds. Rooms can accommodate 2, 4 and more Please advise of any special dietary requirements . UPCOMING SERMON SERIES FOR LENT ‘REMEMBER – GOD’S COVENANTS AND THE CROSS’
The Bible is a story of promises, stretching from God’s covenant with Noah, to similar covenants with Abraham, Moses and David. In our upcoming sermon series for Lent, we will explore each of the four major Old Testament covenants and see how they impacted the people who entered into those covenants with God. Furthermore, we will unpack how God remembered His people and His covenants with them, as well as how each of those covenants relate to Jesus’ journey to the cross. We will also explain how God’s covenants impact our own lives and the world today, in light of Easter and the resurrection of Christ.
Join us at West View on this journey through Scripture to discover the faithfulness of God’s promises throughout history. This Lent, invite your friends and colleagues to reflect on God’s covenants, discover new meaning in the cross of Christ and faithfully remember the God who remembers us. This sermon series starts on Sunday, the 18th of February 2024.
