James 1:1-18 NIV

This series is a study of the book of James.

The title of the series – Living HD – carries 2 meanings:

1. Living as Hearers and Do-ers of the Word: James 1:22 is arguably the key verse that unlocks the whole book: “Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says”.

2. Living a High Definition life: Like an HD TV, we are called to live lives that present a crystal clear picture of God and God’s Kingdom to the world – a picture that is a contrast to the world’s way of living.

Join us for a 6 week journey, starting 20th June, through the letter of James. If you long to be a Christian who walks your talk, who not only hears God’s Word, but is a Do-er of God’s word, if you want your life to be a high-definition picture of God’s love in the world, then this series is for you.
