As we enter this Women’s Day Long Weekend, we give thanks to God for the women who have made a kingdom impact in our lives and our nation’s history.
WORTHY WALK: Thank you to all who supported the Worthy Walk. The event raised R19 500 for mission work within our Circuit.
MEN’S CAMP is just two weeks away. This is for all guys who are interested in spending a quality weekend in brotherly fellowship. Our theme for the weekend is “Balancing the scales: modern men in a modern world”. Cost is R950. 23rd – 25th August at Cyara Manna Campsite in the beautiful Hekpoort Valley. THE WAY OF GRACE COURSE starts on 23rd August. This 10 week course held on Fridays 9h30 – 11h30 explores 8 biblical characters who discover God’s grace through their encounter with Jesus. SPRINGFEST: We’re celebrating Spring Day together on Sunday 1st September, starting @ 11am. Bring your own picnic basket, or buy the food that is on sale. There’ll be music, face-painting, jumping castle, and we’ll be dedicating the new sports court. Mark the day in your diary, and bring your families for what’s going to be an awesome day.
C’MIST DANCE GROUP will be performing at the 6pm service on 1st September. C-mist travels the world sharing the gospel through dance. This is a great opportunity to invite your unchurched friend.
ROCKWOOD THEATRE on 6th September: Bring your family and bring your friends for a wonderful evening of awesome entertainment for a night of “Mega Stars of Pop”. The show begins at 20h00 Tickets will be on sale for R150 after Sunday morning services. Contact Heidi or volunteers from the Khuluma team for more assistance.
